Here are some ways through which you can improve your vocabulary.
Use New Words
One of the best ways to improve your vocabulary is to use new words in your daily speech and text. Whenever you learn a new word, make sure to use it every time you get the chance. You can use these words when you are conversing with your friends and family. You can also use the words in your daily assignments and assessments. This will enhance your capacity of learning new words.
Read Every Day
Reading is a great option if you want to increase your vocabulary. Reading is a great habit overall. It has so many benefits. Read daily to get exposure regarding new vocabulary. You can read the newspaper because a lot of good words from English vocabulary are used in the newspaper. You can also pick up a novel from the genre that you like and read it every day. Underline all the new words and learn them by heart.

Learning the roots to enhance your vocabulary is very important. This is because almost all the words are made up of the root word. If you know the root word, then you can guess the meaning of the new word easily.
